OneVia AI provides business website chatbots, knowledge management, conversation records, lead capture, and related owner tools. Beta features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable while the service is improved.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Business information and visitor data
You retain responsibility for the business information and visitor data you submit or collect. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that information with the service and to contact submitted leads.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use OneVia AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or security-harming activity; attempt to access another business's data; interfere with the service; or use automated means to overload it.
5. AI-generated answers
Chatbot responses are generated from the business information supplied to OneVia AI. You should review that information for accuracy and should not rely on the chatbot for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.
6. Third-party providers
The service relies on infrastructure, database, AI, and email-delivery providers. Their availability and processing may affect the service.
7. Beta fees
No payment method is collected for the initial private beta. Any future paid plan will be presented separately before charges begin.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or conclude the beta. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The private beta is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, OneVia AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use.
10. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact information associated with your beta invitation. Questions can be directed through that same beta support channel.
